Meharena Yikalo Tukabo is the founder of Yikalo Financial and a goals-based financial advisor. As an immigrant and entrepreneur, he specializes in helping international and multicultural individuals build wealth for a stable future.
After coming to the U.S. from Eritrea, Meharena moved to the Houston area in 1991 and entered the financial services industry in 1996. As a result, he understands the unique challenges and opportunities immigrants face in their pursuit of the American Dream. He is passionate about identifying the root cause of financial problems and helping clients achieve financial independence through saving and investing.
An entrepreneur from his youth, Meharena has built several successful businesses. In addition to Yikalo Financial, he owns an automotive business, an insurance business, and a real estate business. A proud father of three, Meharena can often be found cheering his children on at the soccer field.
